Other than that, Kleinburg is known for the Kortright Centre for Conservation. It has a small population of less than 5000 residents, but is quickly growing, one of the fastest in the York Region. The boundaries of the town are Highway 27 on the west and Stegman’s Mill Road on its east side. The town was founded in 1848.
